Situated on the Etruscan cost, 5 km far from the sea and the magnificent beaches of Baratti's gulf , this ancient house of the XIXth is divided into several apartments. Part of the first floor is private.
The apartment was completely restored and has all the modern comfort while preserving visible beams and terra-cotta pavements according to the tuscan tradition. It is in the first floor and possesses an independent entrance.

Beaches
Those of Baratti's gulf of are one of the most beautiful beaches of the Italian western coast with Portofino. The gulf is overhung by old Etruscan villages, formerly important centres of business of the mediterranean area. The beaches of San Vincenzo and Donoratico in the North and that of Punta Ala in the South are also recommended.
Thermal baths
The roman thermal baths of Venturina have two springs : Canneto ( 34 °) and Cratere (45 °) exploited for their benefactions in case of gastric, respiratory and articular diseases. The establishment proposes baths, hydromassages, muds, inhalations and aesthetic cures.
Gastronomy
The region is known for its culinary traditions: excellent fresh fish (on the base of the famous " cacciuco "), wild boar in the inside of lands (sausage, and stew of wild boar), vineyards which produce wines famous all over the world, such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia.
Archaeology
You should not miss the ruins of Populonia's castle and San Silvestro's park where are visible the tracks of the Etruscan civilization and are illustrated the ancestral techniques of the work of metals in which the region was very rich.
Natural Reserves
The parks of the Val di Cornia abound in wood of hundred-years-old oaks, reserves of birds, swamps, beaches and cliffs. Some sites remind the french region of Camargue. Numerous playful activities for adult and child are organized all year long.
And then... for those who prefer to relax, there is, closer..., in the garden of the rental, a swimming pool and finally Stella, a small mare which often pleases children!
