This is my own flat (about 32 square metres). I rent it everytime I have to leave Paris.
It is situated near the market place Aligre. All kind of shops. Tube station Ledru-Rollin (8), 10 mn by foot from La Bastille or La Gare de Lyon(1).
2 original rooms: very clear, open view with no direct opposite, 4th floor with lift. Good building.
Diningroom with small kitchen (12 m2 with 2 big windows)including: 2 gaz burners, electric oven, microwawes, toaster, dishwasher, a washing machine and a small freezer and fridge. Any kind of dishes and everything necessary for cooking. Cupboards, a table with 2 chairs and 4 stools, a scale. Vacuum cleaner and iron at your disposal.
Livingroom and bedroom (15 m2 with a wide window) including: one bed (120) and another smaller (70) being used as a sofa,good mattress. TV , internet wifi, DVD player. Low table and a small desk. Household linen in a drawer under the bed.
1 big cupboard reserved for myself.
Clear bathroom with a shower and toilet.
