Villa 60m2, 4 faces, on closed ground 220 m2 (possibility of parking 3 cars) with 100 meters of the beach and the trade, (large daily market of Easter to All Saints' day to 250 m). This villa is equipped for 6 people. Hall, cooks independent, stay 25 m2 with convertible settee clickety-clack, 2 rooms with beds in 140 cm, water room and independent WC. The villa is equipped with cooker 3 fires + electric plate, with electric furnace with pyrolysis, large refrigerator-freezer, microwaves, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner, ironing board, steam iron, television color, electric heating, 2 electric water-heaters, ventilators. Reads baby + high chair baby. Outside: pieces of furniture of garden, chimney barbecue in frame, sink, clothes line with linen. All nautical activities, (veil, kite-surfing), and others (horsemanship, hiring of bicycles…), excursions in the solid mass of Clape, (pit of the Soft Eye). Open animations during the summer. The animals are allowed but must be clean and wise. The household linen and cloths are not provided. Hiring from April at October, as of 4 days, at the week, in the month. Guarantee requested: 450€
