Our lovely villa is situated in the very heart of the Provence, around 20 kilometers from Avignon and Isle-s/-la-Sorgue and 4 km from Carpentras, near to the Mont Ventoux. Pleasant, fresh and comfortable, the villa is situated in a small and quiet new development (2004). There is a nice swimming pool (160 m2, 1,50 m deep), open from 1/5 until 30/9, for residents' use only. Our villa owns a nice shady terrace and a small garden (table, chairs, sun chairs available). Barbecue. The villa is air conditioned (upstairs) and you will very quickly feel at home. The kitchen is equipped like yours (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffe machine, kettle...). In the living room, there are 2 sofa beds, TV (TNT channels)and a DVD player. Upstairs, there are 2 sleeping rooms, the bathroom (bathtub with shower, hairdryer) and the WC. The "African" sleeping room is romantic and offers a 2 person's bed. The "lavande" room offers bunk beds and a 3rd bed. Excellent mattresses. Big wall cupboards. Folding babycot. Baby chair. Tiles everywhere. Private parking place. Loriol is a small typical Provençal village with it's fountain, small church and bar/tabac, nestled in the middle of the Comtat Venaissin with it's vineyards (Châteauneuf du Pape, Vacqueyras, Gigondas...). The area is splendid and you can plan visits everyday (Mont Ventoux, Gordes, Roussillon, the Luberon, Avignon...) or play golf in the surroundings (Orange, Avignon). Our villa is also available during the winter (650 €/month or 450 €/2 weeks + 25 €/week for electricity, water and heating). 2 other villas are also available in the development if you travel with friends.
