Cette location est une maisonnette à structure bois sans prétention de luxe, mais elle est équipée pour y passer de bonnes vacances sympathiques jusqu'à 5 personnes.

Sa situation très proche de la mer, sans voie publique à traverser pour y accéder, est un plus appréciable pour les enfants, d'autant que les chiens sont les bienvenus, tant que les lieux sont rendus propres et en bon état, bien sûr.

L'habitation est composée comme suit:

Une pièce de 12 m2 avec un coin cuisine et une table pouvant recevoir jusqu'à huit personnes en se serrant un peu, et six en usage quotidien. Cette pièce comprend petit four électrique, micro-ondes, plaque gaz 4 feux, évier deux bacs, réfrigérateur-congélateur, téléviseur, lecteur DVD, radio-CD, grille pain, cafetière électrique et lave-linge.

Une chambre de 9 m2 comprend un lit de 2 personnes (140x190 cm), une petite penderie et une commode à tiroirs. Cette chambre est idéale pour un couple, s'il a des enfants.

Une autre chambre de 12 m2 comprend un lit de 2 personnes, là encore de 140x190 cm (pour deux adultes ou deux enfants), une grande armoire à portes coulissantes et un lit pliant d'une personne avec sommier à lattes et matelas en mousse compacte, où un enfant passera de bonnes nuits.

Ces trois pièces donnent sur un petit couloir d'entrée d'un peu moins de 4 m2.

Pour terminer avec la location en elle-même, une petite pièce d'eau comprend les toilettes, un lavabo et une douche, avec eau chaude fournie par un ballon de 30 litres à chauffe rapide.

A l'extérieur, un abri de jardin fermé permet de ranger par exemple un vélo (non fourni). Sont compris dans la location la fourniture d'un barbecue, une table et six fauteuils de jardin avec parasol et un étendoir pliant pour sécher le linge.

Le terrain fait 200 m2, et permet de ranger deux voitures et d'y passer du bon temps en famille ou entre amis, de plus, la mer est à côté.

Les charges sont comprises mais plafonnées. Les compteurs d'eau et d'électricité sont en effet relevés à l'entrée et au départ, mais un forfait de 3 m3 d'eau et 100 KW/h sont inclus pour chaque semaine de location, les excédents éventuels étant à régler en fin de séjour ou déduits du dépôt de garantie au tarif des fournisseurs (EdF pour l'électricité et SAUR France pour l'eau).

Des arrhes seront demandés lors de la réservation. Son montant varie selon la longueur de la période réservée (environ 30% pour une semaine, 50% pour les offres promotionnelles).

Notez que nous regrettons de ne pouvoir accepter les chèques-vacances.
De même, nous ne pratiquons en principe que la location à la semaine, du samedi au samedi (pas de location au week-end).

Les tarifs indiqués dans la grille de disponibilité sont susceptibles d'adaptations (tarifs dégressifs) ou de promotions, le tarif appliqué est celui au jour de la demande par email (voir rubrique "Contact") et non par téléphone (le premier contact par la messagerie est très nettement préférable).

This hiring is a maisonnette with structure wood without claim of luxury, but it is equipped to spend there good holidays sympathetic nerves to 5 people.

Its situation very close to the sea, without public highway to cross to reach it, is more appreciable for the children, the more so as the dogs are welcome, as long as the places are made clean and in good state, of course.

The dwelling is as follows made up:

A part of 12 m2 with a corner cooks and a table being able to receive up to eight people while being tightened a little, and six of daily use. This part includes/understands small electric furnace, microwaves, plate gas 4 fires, sink two vats, refrigerator-freezer, television set, reader DVD, radio-CD, grid bread, electric coffeemaker and washing machine.
A room of 9 m2 includes/understands a bed of 2 people (140x190 cm), a small closet and convenient with drawers. This room is ideal for a couple, if it has children.

Another room of 12 m2 includes/understands a bed of 2 people, there still of 140x190 cm (for two adults or two children), a large cupboard with sliding doors and a bed folding of a person with diagrid with slats and compact foam mattress, where a child will spend good nights.

These three parts give on a small corridor of entry of a little less than 4 m2.

To finish with the hiring in itself, a small water part includes/understands the toilets, a wash-hand basin and a shower, with warm water provided by a balloon of 30 liters to fast heating.

Outside, a shelter of closed garden makes it possible to arrange for example a bicycle (not provided). Are included/understood in the hiring the supply of a barbecue, a table and six garden chairs with parasol and a collapsible clothes line to dry the linen.

The ground makes 200 m2, and makes it possible to arrange two cars and to spend the good time in family there or between friends, moreover, the sea is at side.

The loads are included/understood but reached a maximum. The electricity and water meters are indeed raised at the entry and the beginning, but a fixed price of 3 m3 water and 100 KW/h are included for each week of hiring, the possible surpluses being to regulate at the end of the stay or are deducted from the deposit to the tariff of the suppliers (EDF for electricity and SMOKED France for water).

Down payments will be required at the time of the reservation. Its amount varies according to the length of the reserved period (approximately 30% per one week).

Note that we regret being able to accept the accounts - cheques - holidays.
In the same way, we practise in theory only the hiring at the week, of Saturday at Saturday (not of hiring at the weekend).

The tariffs indicated in the grid of availability are likely adaptations or promotions, the tariff applied is that at the day of the request by email (see heading “Contact”).
