Métairie périgourdine du XVIIIe dans un domaine forestier, vous y trouverez calme, repos et détente (jacuzzi à votre disposition)en face du château de Montréal.
Notre demeure dispose de 3 chambres, d'une mezzanine au dessus du living, une salle à manger avec cheminée datant de 1819 , d'un coin repas avec un four de briques à l'ancienne et sa cuisine. La piscine 12x6 sécurisée (barrière + alarme) dont la première marche de 6m2 est un espace de jeu pour les petits, son pool-house posséde une grande cuisine d'été ouverte pour profiter des longues soirées , une chambre et salle d'eau le tout pour héberger 12 personnes.
La métairie est un excellent point de départ pour visiter le Périgord, faire les routes des vins de Bergerac et St Emilion.
De nombreuses randonnées pédestres à travers forêts et vallons sont balisées pour profiter de la région.
Possibilité de louer uniquement la maison jusqu'à 10 personnes d'octobre à mai et de venir en fin ou en milieu de semaine à des prix attractifs.
