Visitez les villages autour: Chilhac, Lavaudieu, La Chaise Dieu, BLesle... ou rester a cote de la rivière, pour pécher au plongez dans l'eau. Si vous aimez la nature, la randonner et vtt sont idéal ici.

Welcome to River Dream- a beautiful house from the 17th century with stone floors in the kitchen and oak floors in the bedrooms. There are 6 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and then 4 bedrooms with single beds. there is a pullout sofa for one or two (if you are small!) and a baby bed (cot). The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, coffee maker, expresso maker, iron and toaster.

The house is located in Lavoute Chilhac, the heart of the Allier Valley- where the Allier River is just in front of the house as is the bridge from the 15th century. Lavoute Chilhac has canoe and kayak rentals, a beautiful church, the League for the Protection of Birds, restaurants, little shops- butcher, baker, and a Sunday market on the square.

It is an ideal place to relax, go hiking, biking, mushroom hunting, fishing, boating... The nearby villages of Chilhac, Blesle, Lavaudieu, La Chaise DIeu are exquisite and worth the visit. There are also the cities of Clermont Ferrand (90 kms) with Vulcania and Le Puy en Velay(50kms) with its cathedral and many shops,mus
eums and restaurants.

Our house is a beautiful place to kick back and relax and at the same time have the comforts of France with its amazing wine and cheeses. We have a very private garden in the back of the house where you can wine and dine and bbq if desired.
