"La Maison du Jardinier" est un grand appartement d’une chambre au 1er étage sur le domaine "Lou Couder". Le rez-de-chaussée étant occupé par les autres commodités.

Le coin repos se compose d’une table et de deux chaises confortables. La kitchenette est équipée d’une cuisinière à deux feux, d’un réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélation, d’un toaster, d’une machine à café et micro-ondes.

Un emplacement pour grillades est à disposition dans le jardin. La piscine (5x10) est partagée avec les hôtes de la « Bergerie » et de la « Maison du Vigneron ».

Lou Couder est une propriété de quatre maisons de vacances au confort luxueux. Les constructions, aux murs épais de pierres ocres de la région, datant du 18ème siècle, associent le charme du passé au confort moderne. Maisons dans lesquelles on se sent loin de chez soi tout en ayant l’impression d’être à la maison.

Lou Couder se situe dans le Périgord Noir, une des régions au passé historique et culturel les plus riches d’Europe. Cavernes préhistoriques, villes et villages médiévaux, châteaux et bastides raviront les amoureux de l’histoire, ainsi qu’une nature intacte pour ceux qui préféreront se ressourcer.

The "Maison du Jardinier" on the domaine "Lou Couder" has a large one room apartment for two guests in the upstairs floor. The ground floor contains service functions.

The cozy sleeping area has a double bed (160 x 200). The sitting area has a table and two comfortable chairs.

The open kitchenette has a 2-burner stove and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettl, microwave and coffe machine. Outside at the edge of the park is a garden grill. The swimming pool (5x10 m) is shared with the guests from La Bergerie and the Maison du Vigneron.

Lou Couder is a country estate with four top-class vacation cottages. The buildings from the 18th Century have kept the charm of the past and have all the comforts of today. Their thick walls are constructed from the ocher stone of the region; houses in which, far from the daily rush, one feels at home.

Lou Couder sits in Périgord Noir, at the edge of Bordeaux region, one of the most historic and cultural areas of Europe. Prehistoric caves, Middle Age towns and villages, castles, chateaux and Bastides dot the landscape together with vast expanses of undisturbed nature.
