Notre maison est située dans la région du Chianti, dans le triangle entre Sienne, Florence et Arezzo,. Elle est très bien située, puisque vous serez prés des villes les plus importantes de Toscane et vous serez dans le Chianti.
Ancien bourg remontant au 17ème siècle, situé dans les collines sur la rive gauche du fleuve Arno, près d’Arezzo (15 kms.). Il y a au total 1 chalet (4+2 personnes) et 4 appartements de 2 à 8 personnes.

Notre maison de campagne date du XVII siècle et a été rénovée avec amour et soin . Elle se situe près de l’ancien Sanctuaire de Santa Maria in Valle qui remonte à l’époque médiévale. La ferme a une position panoramique sur les pentes douces qui descendent vers le fleuve d'Arno.
La maison est entourée d’un vaste jardin équipé de tables, sièges et parasols, on y trouve également une piscine (8x12m) avec une zone adaptée pour les enfants (3x3 m). Les appartements sont complètement meublés avec goût et sont tous dotés d’un téléviseur avec antenne satellite. Tous les appartements ont leur propre système de chauffage. Machine à laver , fer et planche à repasser à disposition commune des hôtes. Barbecue (trois).

La région typique de la Toscane est silencieuse et seulement à trois kilomètres du beau Village médiéval de Laterina. Le logement offre à la fois la vie calme de campagne et la proximité des attractions et divertissements d'Arezzo. C’est aussi la base idéale de beaucoup d'excursions dans toute l'Italie Centrale.
Les amoureux de shopping trouveront à proximité beaucoup de magasins direct usine avec les marques les plus réputées d’Italie : comme Prada, Gucci, Fendi, D&G, Armani, La Perla et beaucoup d’autres encore.

Les boutiques d’alimentation, la banque, la pharmacie sont à 2.5 kms de la maison.D’autres magasins, supermarchés et hypermarchés sont à Levane, Montevarchi et Arezzo.

La gare pour aller à Florence est à 7 km de la maison avec parking gratuit (en moins d'une heure vous pouvez atteindre le centre de Florence, sans aucun problème), Tous nos hôtes ont apprécié cette solution, puisqu'elle leur permet de visiter la ville, revenir le soir et de se reposer dans le cadre silencieux de notre maison.

La petite maison à deux étages en pierre du pays, avec son propre jardin .

Appartement situé au premier étage; on y accède par un escalier extérieur et un petit porche commun à l’appartement Il Covo. L'entrée est directement dans le séjour/salle à manger avec un canapé en cuir et une lampe de chevet. À gauche de l'entrée un petit couloir qui donne sur une chambre à coucher avec un lit à deux places, une autre chambre avec deux lits d’une personne et une salle de bains avec douche. Un escalier en bois conduit à une chambre très spacieuse avec trois lits d’ une personne - dans cette pièce il est possible d'ajouter un ou deux lits de camp et il y a toujours de l'espace pour circuler .

Our house is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, we are in Chianti. The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major Tuscan art cities.
Historical Estate ( dating from the 17 th century, located on the hills on the left bank of the Arno River, close to Arezzo (15 kms.). The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and 4 apartments :for2/9 people. Carpano(3+2),Fontanina(2+3),Soppalco(7+2),Covo (4+2) )

Our attractive holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVIII century farmhouse .The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use. Barbecue.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometers from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most fashion brands of the Made in Italy, such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G


The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.
The train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house with free parking , all our guests have appreciated very much this facility, since it has allowed them to visit Florence ( even every day ) and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our house.

Open air markets in many small town or villages in the area, almost every day of the week.

The apartment is on the first floor of the main building, with access from an outside stair and small loggia shared with Il Covo apartment. The entrance is directly into the sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen, the table can seat 8 people, on a side there is a nice comfortable leather sofa and a reading lamp. On the left of the entrance a small passage leads to a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase, takes to a very spacious upper room with three single beds, - in this room is possible to add one or two cots and there is still space to move around.
