Elle est située dans l'enclave de la Sierra Tejeda-Almijara, importante réserve naturelle où vivent quelques animaux tel que le chamois, le renard, l'aigle ou le sanglier, un must pour les amateurs de randonnées à pied. Superbe vue sur les environs. La région est promue avec le slogan 'El mejor clima de Europa', le meilleur climat d'Europe!. Cette partie de la Costa del Sol se caractérise par son paysage très typique, présentant de petit villages de montagnes blancs.

La maison individuelle (100m2) avec piscine (8x4,5) est située très au calme sur un terrain privé de 8.000 M2. Les derniers 1,5km ne sont pat goudronnés.

Le village le plus proche, Archez, se trouve a seulement cinq minutes, vous pourrez y trouver tous ce dont vous avez besoin: bars, restaurants, épicerie, etc.

Mais 'Casa Las Jaras" n'est seulement un lieu où se "recueillir". Ici vous pouvez visiter non seulement la ville de Malaga , mais également une grande partie de la province, depuis Nerja, Frigiliana, ou Cómpeta jusqu'à Torremolinos, Mijas, Marbella, Ronda ou Antequera...

Vous avez la possibilité aussi dáller du côté Grenade où évidemment la visite de l'Alhambra est naturellement recommandée.

De même, vous pourrez profiter des plages à seulement une trentaine de kilomètres et par la mêmme ocassion déguster le typique "poisson frit" dans un des nombreux restaurants de Torre del Mar.

Le trajet de l'aéroport de Malaga à la maison en voiture est d'environ 1 heure et quinze minutes.

'Casa Las Jaras' is a newly constructed villa with private pool (8 x 4m; 1.3 - 1,9 m deep.). It has a delightful feeling of comfortable seclusion about it -yet it is perfectly situated for visits to the Málaga coast, while the historic city of Granada would make an excelelent day trip. It sands near the old Moorish village of Archez, approximately 30 minutes from the coast, and is set in the magnificent landscape of the Sierra Tejeda mountains, surrounded by vine-covered hills and a valley sweeping down to the sparkling blue sea in the distance. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for walking, particularly in the cooler months and Spring.

All on one level, this house is ideal for anyone looking for a lazy, relaxing holiday well away from the madding crowd but near enough to the villages of Archez, Canillas de Albaida and Competa for enjoying a night out in one of the many bars and restaurants.

The front shaded terrace has a built-in barbecue at one end and is ideal for outside dining whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the countryside (Natural Park). The Natural Park 'Sierra Tejeda-Almijara' is a carefully preserved area of spectacularly natural beauty teeming with wildlife including deer, mountain goats, hawks and eagles. As well as heaven for nature-lovers, the park is also a walker's paradise. For a day on the beach, the delightul resort of Nerja is not far away - the town offers a choice of sandy beaches, and a visit to its famous caves is also well worthwile.

'Casa Las Jaras' and the swimming pool area in particular, is in an enviable location, taking full advantage of the sweeping scenery and the hot Andalucían sun, tempered throughout this area by the altitude and the fresh mountain breezes. Its geographical location and the beauty of its scenery, makes this area a wonderful place for a holiday at any time of year.
