House situated easy walk from Casino and Casino Beach, this is a horse shoe shaped bay with sandy beach, watersports rentals, kids club and creche during July and August. Safe Swimming with Lifeguards July and August. Many other beaches in walking distance or very short car journey. Supermarket 10 minute walk.
House is on three levels. Lower level has summer kitchen in former garage opening into conservatory and then into fully fenced garden laid to lawn and conifers.
Middle level has Kitchen, Lounge and Bedroom 1
Upper level has Bedroom 2. ( Bedroom 3 and Second Bathroom expected later in the year )
Will accept third Child if you are willing to bring own bed or cot.
Motorcycles, Bicycles and Windsurfers can be stored inside Garage if required. Security is not an issue here, we often go out and leave doors unlocked. Several areas of house contain owners possessions and will be locked. Sorry no Dishwasher or TV.
