La Rose Trémière est une belle maison avec quatre chambres, trois avec grande lits pour deux personnes et une chambre avec deux lits simple. Il y a une salle de douche et WC separé a l'etage. Sur le rez de chaussi il y a une salon tres spacieux et luminaire et une belle cuisine et un autre WC separé et une salle de bain avec un bain, une cabine de douche et lavabo.
Dans le jardin nous avons un JACUZZI pour cinq personnes, 22° à 37°C comme VOUS voulez toute l'année et les meubles de jardin et BBQ. Aussi, nous avons stationement privé et clos pour trois voitures.
Seulement 30 minutes à les plages de la Pays Royannaise et La Rose Trémière est aussi tres proche a les villes medieval ou Romans de Pons, Saintes, Jonzac, Cognac, Jarnac, Talmont sur Gironde et plus. L'auto-route A10 Paris a Bordeaux echanger/sortir 36 est moins de dix minutes. Belle maison, belle region et bon prix pour jusqu'a huit personnes!!  

La Rose Trémière (The Hollyhock)is a beautiful Charentaise longhouse with a luxury hot-tub/jacuzzi situated in it's own private garden in the popular hamlet of Chez Pequin 2 kms from the medieval town of Pons in south west Frances Charente-Maritime.
The house has three double and one twin bedrooms each with wooden hand made beds, well decorated and lots of hanging and cupboard space. These are each on the first floor as is a shower room with a multi jet shower cabin and sink, there's also a seperate WC. On the ground floor there's a good sized equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge each with patio doors overlooking the large garden. The ground floor also has another individual WC as well as a seperate bathroom with full sized bath, multi jet shower and sink.
The garden has the usual sun loungers, BBQ, table and chairs and a super 5 seat hot-tub set to 34°C winter and summer with a built in Knwood hi-fi and internal illumination for night use. There is also private parking for up to three cars.
La Rose Trémière is only 30 minutes from miles of glorious sandy beaches and close to so many places to visit all within 10 to 60 minutes drive including Pons, Saintes, Talmont sur Gironde, Royan, La Rochelle, Cognac, St Jean d'angely, Taillebourg, Jonzac, Mornac sur Seudre, Bordeaux, The Medoc and many many more. The A10 main Paris to Bordeaux motorway junction 36 is just 5 minutes away with easy access to ferry ports( Calais 550 miles, St Malo 240 miles)and many local airports served by budget airlines.
