The beach is only at 500m. You will also find there in the vicinity, the infrastructures allowing a pleasant stay (shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, banks...)

Downstairs: 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room.

From 590 to 970 €/week all the year depending on guest number and duration of stay, Security deposit (500€) requested
The price include:
- a fully equipped house, sheets and towels,
- maid service for cooking, cleaning, ironing 6 days/week
- a gardener who takes care of the garden and the swimming pool 6 days/week
The price doesn't include consumption of electricity and water
We will require a 30% deposit to hold the reservation. The balance of the full payment will be due 1 month prior to the starting date of the villa rental period
