The premise is a portion of a very quiet countryside house recently renovated. It is located on the top of a charming hill called Leivi and overlooking the Tigullio gulf, just at the back of Chiavari town, along the Eats Genoa coast road. The house enjoyes beautiful panoramic views either on the sea and on the surrounding woods or olive tree cultivations. Ideal position either for hill-walking, horse riding or interesting trips to Cinque Terre villages and Portofino Bay.

The apartment is situated at the second floor of the house and can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers a big and comfortable dining room with kitchen, two nice double bedrooms and one bathroom. An outside stair leads to the little balcony at first floor and another short stairs inside leads to the main entrance. The apartment is fully equipped with self heating system and appliances such as freezer/fridge, washing machine, dish washer, cooker, oven, microwave, and TV.
A central heating system provides hot water all year round and winter heating when necessary. The apartment is cool and comfortable during the summer instead, and has no need of air conditioning system.
A private car park outside the house is also available.
No private garden is available to the guests, but a small local park is just beside the house to provide a protected and cosy area, especially for the kids.
Water, gas,electricity are included in the rental price, the weekly cleanings cost 50 euros.
Winter heating is non included, it can vary between 50 and 100 euros per week.

Leivi area is served by bus, which can easily link the apartment to Chiavari city centre and the coast. Beaches are at 20 min. drive from the apartment. Handy public swimming pools and sporting centres can be reached in Chiavari and its area.
Chiavari town is at about 4 Km distance from the apartment.
