L’appartement, avec entrée indépendante, est composé par 2 grandes chambres à
coucher, une salle de bain et une petite cuisine, il se trouve au 7ème étage avec ascenseur, dans un élégant palais du XIXème siècle du centre historique de Naples .
L’adresse est, via Guantai Nuovi (la deuxième partie de Via Cervantes), près de Piazza Municipio (l’hôtel de ville) et près du Palais Royal de Place du Plebiscito.
De l’appartement on peut visiter à pieds le Palais Royal, le théâtre lyrique «San Carlo », le château du Donjon d’Anjou (« Castel Nuovo ou Maschio Angioino »), le Bourg des Marins (« Borgo Marinaro ») avec le « Castel dell’Ovo » et la « Riviera di Chiaia », la Galérie Umberto Ier avec la très centrale « Via Toledo » paradis du shopping napolitain, tout le centre ville avec ses innombrables églises et ses musées. Toujours à pieds on peut gagner le « Molo Beverello » pour monter sur les bateaux pour les îles Capri, Ischia et Procida (1 heure de voyage à peu près).
Ma residence n’a pas de garage privé mais il est possible de garder la voiture à côté avec un péage de 19 euros par jour.

Si vous arrivez par le train:
descendez à la “Stazione Centrale di Piazza Garibaldi”, prenez un taxi pour “Piazza Municipio” (veuillez bien demander au chauffeur et contrôler le tarif unique 9,50 euros y compris toutes les taxes et le bagage), faites vous conduire à « Via Medina », à la grande tour de l’hôtel Jolly, juste derrière, à ses épaules, il y a « Via Guantai Nuovi » et au numéro 11 vous êtes arrivés.
Si vous arrivez en voiture:
Autoroute A 1 Milan – Naples, sortie Naples-Port (Napoli Porto), puis « Via Marina » jusqu’à « Piazza Municipio » et « Via Medina », remarquez le gratteciel parce que nous sommes juste en arrière à « Via Guantai Nuovi, 11 » (deuxième partie de rue Cervantes).
Si vous arrivez par avion à l’aéreogare de Capodichino il y a deux possibilités :
ou vous prenez le car ALIBUS avec arrêt à Piazza Municipio, ou vous prenez un taxi (veuillez bien demander au chauffeur et contrôler le tarif unique 16.00 euros y compris toutes les taxes et le bagage).

The apartment napolicentro is situated in the heart of the city of Naples, in the historical center, in an elegant building to the 7° floor, with elevator, it is constituted by two bright bedrooms, they are furnished with taste. Every room has a large balcony, two beds and there is the TV and air conditioned
The particular location allows a foot rapid connections with the principal monuments of the city: The historical center with its churches and with the access to the itinerary in the underground Naples; The imposing castles in proximity of the sea: the Maschio Angioino and the Castel dell'Ovo with his suburb inside which there are numerous restaurants where it is possible to taste specialty of fish and typical dishes of the Neapolitan tradition.
From the Dock Beverello, it is possible to reach, in less than a hour, the islands of Capri, Procida and Ischia with fast hydroplanes or with comfortable ferries.
The connections through the public buses, funicular, subways, all presents in the ray of 100 meters allow to easily reach the other districts of the metropolitan area. With them, it's possible to visit Capodimonte for the Museum and the Park, the Astronomic observatory, the commercial center of the Vomero for the shopping.
The railway stations (Trenitalia and Circumvesuviana) allow to reach the archaeological site of Ercolano and Pompei further to the Vesuvius, Sorrento and Positano with the enchanting coastline.
