This beautiful Villa with guest house is situated in a very exclusive area of St-Paul-de-Vence. The main house with large living-room, open fire-place, TV/Video/DVD and dining corner for 10 Persons, a big kitchen with everything you need and an American refrigerator, Guest WC. One bedroom is with French bed and bathroom with showers on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with large double bed and bath are in the upper floor. A fourth bedroom with French bed and shower you reach by a separate entrance. In front of the main house you find the guesthouse with large sleep area and 180 cm bed and a beautiful bathroom, there are also Sauna and a Fitness room. The house is perfect with the different terraces to have enough space. At the wonderful big pool you have a summer kitchen too. Property is completely enclosed with alarm installation and regularly there is a gardener.
