Sur le Boulevard de la Bastille (75012, Paris-centre), dans un immeuble de standing avec ascenseur, sécurisé avec gardien, digicode et interphone, particulier habitant habituellement dans les lieux, loue CHAMBRE de 15m2 entièrement aménagée, située au 9ème étage, lumineuse (exposition ouest), propre et chaleureuse, sans vis-à-vis, avec vue sur le Port de l’Arsenal et offrant une perspective dégagée sur Paris. La chambre est pourvue d’un balcon spacieux, d’une baie vitrée en double vitrage avec volets roulants électriques, d’un climatiseur et d’un chauffage central individuel. Voisinage très calme, quartier calme à la fois proche mais à l’écart des animations de la Bastille ; circulation automobile assez dense en journée. Proche des gares de Lyon-Bercy et d’Austerlitz, desservie par les lignes de RER A, D et C, et des lignes de métro 1, 5, 7, 8, 10 et 14, entre 5 et 15 mns à pied.

COMPOSITION DE LA CHAMBRE :
Il s’agit de l’endroit où je vis : la chambre sera donc composée de tous les éléments apparaissant sur les photos :
Le couchage : il s’agit d’un matelas très confortable, récent, dense et ferme, protégé, 120 X 190 et non d’un lit (me contacter pour plus d’informations).
Il n’existe pas à proprement parler de coin cuisine aménagé, même si faire la cuisine est évidemment possible. Il se compose d’un réfrigérateur, de deux plaques électriques, d’une cafetière électrique et d’un four à micro-ondes.
Le coin hi-fi comprend un téléviseur, un lecteur DVD, un magnétoscope et une chaîne dont seule la radio est en état de fonctionner
RESTRICTIONS D’USAGE :
Cette chambre est l’endroit où je vis : certains placards et tiroirs ne seront pas accessibles (me contacter pour plus d’informations).
Il sera demandé au(x) locataire(s) de se déchausser avant d’entrer dans l’appartement (sans pour autant laisser les chaussures à l’extérieur !). Ce « contrat social » devra être respecté pendant toute la durée du séjour.
Il sera aussi demandé de respecter le voisinage.
Animaux non admis.
LOCALISATION, SITUATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE et ACCÈS :
Pour les automobilistes : accès très facile depuis l’extérieur de Paris : par le périphérique prendre sortie « Porte de Bercy » et suivre la direction « Paris-centre » : c’est toujours tout droit jusqu’à hauteur de la station de métro « Quai de la Rapée » après le pont d’Austerlitz où commence le boulevard de la Bastille à droite indiquée par un panneau de direction « Bastille République Père Lachaise ».
La location n’est pas pourvue d’une place de stationnement, mais l’on trouve dans le quartier assez facilement de place pour se garer : le boulevard est en outre pourvu d’un parking souterrain en remontant après l’immeuble sur la place de la Bastille.
Pour les usagers des transports en commun : L’appartement est situé à 10 mns à pied des gares de Lyon-Bercy donnant accès aux lignes de métro 1 et 14, et aux lignes de RER A et D, à 15mns de celle d’Austerlitz donnant accès aux lignes de métro 5 et 10, et à la ligne de RER C.
La station de métro la plus proche est « Quai de la Rapée », ligne 5, à moins de 5 mns à pied. Les stations de métro de « Gare de Lyon », « Bastille » (lignes 1, 5 et 8), « Sully-Morland » (ligne 7) et « Ledru-Rollin » (ligne 8) sont toutes situées à moins de 10 mns à pied.
Pour les cyclistes : La mairie à mis en place 8 points de location de vélo dans un rayon de 300 mètres autour de l’immeuble.
PERSPECTIVE DE PARIS DEPUIS L’APPARTEMENT (demander des photos) :
En face et au premier plan : Port de Plaisance de Paris (fin du canal Saint Martin) se jetant à gauche dans la Seine depuis une écluse.
À droite : vue sur la « Colonne de Juillet » de la place de la Bastille
À gauche : vue sur la Seine, le Jardin des Plantes, perspective en ligne droite jusqu’à Place d’Italie.
En face et en arrière plan : vue dégagée sur les ¾ ouest de Paris jusqu’aux Tours de la Défense : les Tours Eiffel et Montparnasse, Beaubourg, le bâtiment du Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle, les dômes du Panthéon, des Invalides et de l’Observatoire, des églises apparaissent complètement dégagés. En revanche, la cathédrale n’apparaît que très partiellement (une partie de la Tour Sud).
ACTIVITÉS, À VOIR, À FAIRE : dans les alentours immédiats (à pied).

Quartier du Marais, Place des Vosges (20 mns à pied).
Promenades sur la « Coulée Verte » (viaduc d’une ancienne ligne de chemin de fer aménagé en promenade plantée de 4 km de long commençant derrière l’Opéra et se prolongeant jusque vers le bois de Vincennes).
Promenades sur le port (départ visite des égouts de Paris), les quais de Seine et l’Ile saint Louis en remontant jusqu’à Notre-Dame (20 mns à pied).
Promenade au Jardin des Plantes et visite du Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle (grande galerie de l’Évolution) (15 mns à pied).

Bed: they are a mattress very comfortable, recent, dense and firm, protected, 120 X 190 and not of a bed (to contact me for more information).
There does not exist strictly speaking of corner cooks arranged, even if to make the kitchen is obviously possible. It is composed of a refrigerator, of two electric plates, an electric coffeemaker and a microwawe oven.
The corner hi-fi includes/understands a television set, a reader DVD, a video tape recorder and a chain whose only radio is in a position to function
RESTRICTIONS Of USE:
This room is the place where I live: certain wall cupboards and drawers will not be accessible (to contact me for more information).
It will be requested from the tenant to expose itself before entering the apartment (without to leave the shoes outside!). This “social contract” will have to be respected throughout all stay.
It will be also asked to respect the vicinity.
Nonallowed animals.
LOCALIZATION, GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION and ACCESS:
For the motorists: very easy access since the outside of Paris: by the peripheral to take left “Door Bercy” and to follow the direction “Paris-center”: it is always very right until height of the subway station “Quay of Rapée” after the bridge of Austerlitz where starts the boulevard of the Bastille indicated on the right by a panel of direction “Bastille République Père Lachaise ».
The hiring is not equipped with a parking bay, but one finds in the district rather easily of place to park itself: the boulevard moreover is equipped with an underground car park while going up after the building on the place of the Bastille.
For the users of public transport: The apartment is located at 10 Million with foot of the stations of Lyon-Bercy giving access to the subway lines 1 and 14, and to the lines of the RER A and D, with 15mns of that of Austerlitz giving access to the subway lines 5 and 10, and to the lines of the RER C.
The subway station nearest is “Quay of Rapée”, line 5, with less than 5 Million to foot. The subway stations of “Station of Lyon”, “Bastille” (lines 1, 5 and 8), “Sully-Morland” (line 7) and “Ledru-Rollin” (line 8) all are located at less than 10 mns to foot.
For the cyclists: The town hall with set up 8 points of hiring of bicycle in a radius of 300 meters around the building.

On the right: sight on the “Column of July” of the place of the Bastille
On the left: sight on the Seine, the Botanical garden, prospect in straight line until Place for Italy.Opposite and in background: sight released on the western ¾ of Paris to the Towers of Defense: the Eiffel Towers and Montparnasse, Beaubourg, the building of the Natural history museum, the domes of the Pantheon, the Invalids and the Observatory, the churches appear completely released. On the other hand, the cathedral only appears very partially (part of the Southern Tower).

Walks on “Green Casting” (viaduct of an old railway line arranged in planted walk 4 km length starting behind the Opera and being prolonged until worms the wood of Vincennes).
Walks on the port (departure visits sewers of Paris), the quays of the Seine and the Island Louis saint while going up until Notre-Dame (20 mns with foot).
Walk with the Botanical garden and visit of the Natural history museum (large gallery of the Evolution) (15 mns with foot).
