Due to its great location the chalet offers great accommodation in winter and summer for active holidays or relaxation time in the heart of the mountains.

The many lifts allow direct access to the “Portes du Soleil”. Downhill ski slopes (Braitaz domain, link between Torgon and Valais, then Super Châtel) and cross-country slopes are only about 400m/437yd from the chalet.
Next to Evian-les-Bains, Lake Leman and the Swiss border, the chalet is an ideal point of departure for excursions to Switzerland and Italy.

The chalet is equipped for 10 people.

Conditions and rates


Rental prices include water, electricity and heating.
Tourism tax is included in the price.
Available from Saturday 2 pm to the next Saturday 9 am.
25 % deposit at the time of reservation confirmation. Balance payment due two weeks before arrival with a 320€ security deposit cheque refundable within 10 days if no damage is noticed either during the tenancy visit inspection upon departure and/or by the next tenants (hidden damage).


Upon arrival, and after getting the house keys, the tenant must make a inventory/condition of the unit checklist to ensure that no item is missing or damaged: the complete checklist is available in the chalet.

Upon leaving a tenancy visit inspection will be run in the presence of a designated person.

Household linen is not provided: do not forget to bring towels and bed linen, pillow cases and your hairdryer.

Mandatory insurance:
We need you to send us a certificate of your insurance policy stating your renter’s liability coverage during your stay in the chalet.

To make a reservation:
Return the reservation form by e-mail with your address and phone number for us to set up the rental contract and send a cheque corresponding to 25% of the rental price to Mr Serge DOUARD. Reservation is final upon receiving this 25% deposit.
