Situé près de SAUMUR, au cœur des sites troglodytes de bord de Loire, vous vous situerez dans une région d’art et d’histoire où nature et patrimoine jouent à cache-cache et se savoure en prenant son temps ; une parenthèse de beauté et de douceur.

En 2008 Saumur accueille la semaine fédérale de cyclotourisme, le parcours passera par nos coteaux
Informations complémentaires :
1) Visite historique de la propriété, maison et troglo.
2) Concernant la location, un contrat et un état des lieux sera fait avec caution demandée (non encaissée).
3) Les Draps peuvent être loués sur place (10,50 euro par personnes)
4) Les vélos seront rangés dans une pièce attenante au site troglodyte
5) Pour le feu dans la cheminée la première flambée est offerte, ensuite vous pouvez acheter des filets de bois comme celui qui vous est offert en direct (5 euro)si vous ne préférez pas l'acheter au brico-marché de Saumur par vous-même.
6) Un relevé individuel d'eau sera fait en début et en fin de location, 100l/jour/Personne offert.
7) Date de Week-end ouvert à la location (draps, linge de toilette inclus):
du 5/01/08 au 19/04/08 et du 27/09/08 au 14/12/08

4) Bikes will be lined up in an annexed room in the "site troglodyte"
5) For fire in the chimney the first fire is given, then you can buy wooden nets as the one who is given to you direct (5 euro) if you do not prefer buying it from the “bricomarché” to saumur by you even.
6) An individual noting down of water will be made at the beginning and at the end of tenancy, according to used quantity a supplement will be able to be asked.
